Architectural Challenges

Grocery fulfillment operations require tight control over rapid inventory depreciation, complex multi-category catalogs, cart state preservation during navigation, and secure administrative controls.

Engineering Strategy

Built a full-stack e-commerce platform backed by a normalized relational database. Implemented session-persistent shopping carts, real-time search with multi-parameter filtering, and an administrative inventory control center.

VERIFIED SYSTEM FEATURES

5 MODULES

Built comprehensive e-commerce platform with role-based access control for Admin and Customer modules.

Developed admin dashboard with CRUD operations for managing 100+ products across multiple categories, inventory tracking, and order processing.

Implemented real-time product search with filtering, shopping cart persistence, and order management system.

Designed normalized database with 8+ relational tables ensuring data integrity through foreign key constraints.

Built responsive modern interface supporting cross-browser compatibility across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

TECHNICAL ARCHITECTURE & SCHEMA DECISIONS
01 •8+ Normalized relational tables with foreign key cascades and integrity constraints.
02 •Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) separating administrative stock control from customer checkout.
03 •Session-based persistent cart storage retaining selections across browsing sessions.
04 •Prepared SQL statements to eliminate injection vulnerabilities.
